• All participants must be certified, experienced skydivers with a valid skydiving license, valid third-party liability insurance, and appropriate qualifications for the event. Verification of licenses, insurance, and credentials will be conducted prior to participation.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment options such as Swish, as displayed on our website.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless Skydive Sweden cancels the event. If a participant cannot attend and finds a qualified replacement, Skydive Sweden will accept the replacement, provided the new participant meets all event qualifications.

• All participants must present proof of a valid professional skydiving license and a valid ID at check-in.

• All participants must have valid third-party liability insurance, as stipulated in these terms.

• Participants are required to complete and submit a skills assessment form for the event. It is each participant’s responsibility to honestly assess and document their skill level. Providing false information may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Participants must be in good health and meet the physical requirements for safe participation in skydiving activities. Any medical conditions that may impact participation should be disclosed during registration.

• Skydive Sweden maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and substance use during active skydiving hours. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances at the time of their jump. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in the evening after all skydiving activities have concluded.

Any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during scheduled skydiving activities will be denied participation without refund. This policy ensures the highest level of safety for all involved.

• By participating in our events, you understand and accept that skydiving is a high-risk activity. Participants acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to hold Skydive Sweden harmless for any associated risks.

• By purchasing a ticket and accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants release Skydive Sweden, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred in connection with the event.
